Art Squared, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.,local artists’ market on the Hays County Courthouse lawn on second Saturday of each month, featuring pottery, paintings, sculpture, stained glass, fascinators, jewelry and other types of original art. Local musicians will perform all afternoon.

Free Brush Drop Off, Mulching and Community Cleanup for San Marcos residential garbage & recycling customers (please bring your utility bill). Enter at San Marcos Animal Shelter, 750 River Road, and follow the signs.  Held second Saturday of each month (weather permitting) from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
