| BLACK FRIDAY WEEKEND: The following IH 35 exit ramps will be closed for Black Friday Thursday, Nov. 24 at 5 p.m. to Friday, Nov: 25 at 10 p.m.: • Southbound IH 35 exit ramp for Centerpoint Rd (Exit 200). Southbound drivers should use the McCarty exit (exit 201) to access San Marcos Outlets. • Northbound IH 35 exit ramp for McCarty Lane (exit 201). Northbound drivers should use Centerpoint Rd exit (exit 200) to access McCarty Lane.
