Two Men Arrested On Assault Charges After Argument Becomes Violent
According to the police department, officers responded to a residence on the 400 block of Linda Lane after receiving the phone call.

On July 27, two San Marcos residents are in Hays County jail after a physical disturbance call turned into family violence.
Stevie Ray Solis, 27, and his brother, Gabriel Solis, 21, were arrested last Friday.
According to the police department, officers responded to a residence on the 400 block of Linda Lane after receiving the phone call.
The Solis brothers and their roommates had been arguing when Stevie and Gabriel turned on their housemates.
Police said Stevie Solis assaulted his roommates. During his arrest, Stevie Solis struggled with police; one officer was kicked in the leg, and the other officers suffered minor abrasions.
However, neither were seriously hurt.
Stevie Solis was arrested on three counts of assault of a family/household member, resisting arrest and two counts of assault of a Public Servant.
Gabriel Solis was also arrested for one count of assault of a family/household member after throwing a chair into a window.
Police said the 21-year-old cooperated with officers during his officers.
Gabriel has been arrested four times since May 2015: charges include Robbery, Public Intoxication and Organized Criminal Activity. His bond is set to $5,000.
His brother, Stevie, has been arrested six times since 2015; three of those arrests were in 2017 with assault-related charges. He is currently being held on a $30,000 surety bond or cash.
As of Tuesday morning, both men were still in custody.
