Breaking: Hays County Narcotics Task Force Discover Marijuana Grow Operation

The Hays County Narcotics Task Force executed a felony search warrant at a Dripping Springs residence Wednesday, Jan. 31, morning.

On January 31, 2018 at approximately 6:30 am, the Hays County Narcotics Task Force executed a felony search warrant at a residence located at the 11200 block of West Cave Blvd in Dripping Springs, Texas.

An elaborate marijuana grow operation was discovered during the search. Detectives seized approximately 150 marijuana plants, methamphetamine, and psilocybin mushrooms.

One suspect was arrested at the residence and was identified as:

Tori Halenza: White female 21 years of age

She was charged with Possession of Marijuana, State Jail Felony, and Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, 1st degree felony. She was transported and booked in the Hays County jail.

 

Another suspect remains at large and is identified as:

Justin Bourdon

Justin Bourdon:
White male 5’8” 150 pounds brown hair green eyes

He has outstanding warrants for possession of marijuana 5 -50lbs, 3rd degree felony, manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) 1st degree felony, and possession of controlled substance psilocybin mushrooms, 3rd degree felony.

The case is still pending investigation and additional charges may be filed pending lab results.
