Central Texas Medical Center is proud to introduce the New Year’s Baby for Hays County. Logan Allen Pedraza who was born at 12:01 a.m. on 1/1/2015. Dr. Kody Kunda delivered Logan, who weighed in at 8 lbs and 10 ounces. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Pedraza and their family.
