Hays County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Suspect In Sexual Assault Of Child Case

On November 4, 2019, at approximately 5:10 PM, the Hays County Sheriff’s Office responded to an address in Buda, Texas, for a report of a sexual assault of a child.

Deputies arrived and received information that a fourteen-year-old female was sexually assaulted by a male subject living at the residence where she was residing.

The suspect of the assault was not at the residence when deputies arrived. The Criminal Investigation Division investigated the incident, and a warrant for Sexual Assault of a Child was issued by Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace Beth Smith for the actor who was identified as:

Jesus Rocha Alvarez
Hispanic Male
Date of Birth 05-22-1987
5’6” 170 lbs Brown Eyes Black Hair

Alvarez was last seen driving the following vehicle:

2007 Black BMW
335i 4 door passenger car bearing Texas license plate GBG3329

The Hays County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s assistance in locating Alvarez or the vehicle he is driving.
