everything they can to minimize disruptions.

PROJECT OVERVIEW | Two ramps on the southbound I-35 frontage roads between RM 1431 and FM 3406 are being reconstructed and reversed to address traffic congestion and improve I-35 frontage road and mainlane operations.

Closures are weather permitting
- Southbound I-35 exit ramp to FM 3406 (Old Settlers Blvd) closed. Use the southbound RM 1431 exit ramp and utilize the bypass lane to reach FM 3406. | Closure until March 2018, weather permitting.

PROJECT OVERVIEW | New braided ramps (where one ramp crosses over the other) are being constructed along the northbound I-35 mainlanes between Hester’s Crossing and RM 620 to eliminate merging conflicts.
The northbound and southbound intersections of US 79 and the I-35 frontage roads are also being reconstructed to add a third left-turn for westbound US 79.

Closures are weather permitting
- Northbound I-35 frontage road left lane closed between Gattis School Rd. & McNeil Rd. The turnaround at McNeil Rd. | Closure will be nightly from 8 PM until 5 AM, Monday January 22 through Thursday, January 25.
- McNeil Rd closed in both directions at I-35. Cross I-35 at RM 620 or Hesters Crossing. | Closure from 8 PM until 5 AM Monday, January 22 & Tuesday, January 23.
- I-35 from Rundberg Lane to us 290 East Southbound I-35 frontage road’s right lane closed between Blackson Ave. & St. Johns Ave. | Closure will be daily from 9 AM until 3 PM Monday, January 22 through Wednesday, January 24.

PROJECT OVERVIEW | The intersection of FM 3406 and the I-35 frontage roads are being improved, and the FM 3406 bridge over I-35 is being reconstructed.
• THIS WEEK’S PROJECT TRAFFIC ADVISORY •
Closures are weather permitting
- The FM 3406 (Old Settlers Blvd) bridge closed to eastbound traffic. Westbound traffic will detour to the newly constructed U-turn Bridge. | Detour in place until summer 2018, weather permitting.
- Southbound I-35 reduced to one lane under FM 3406. | Closure will be nightly from 9 PM until 5 AM Sunday, January 21 through Thursday, January 25.

PROJECT OVERVIEW | The project will reconstruct the bridge structures at Stassney Lane and William Cannon Drive, as well as the frontage road bridge over Williamson Creek.
New U-turn bridges will be added in both directions at Stassney Lane and William Cannon Drive, and the I-35 mainlanes will be widened to incorporate shoulders and extended entrance/exit lanes to allow for better merging.
Bicycle and pedestrian enhancements are also being made, and new safety lighting is being installed.

- Southbound I-35 frontage road left lane closed between William Cannon Dr. & Boggy Creek. | Closure from 8 PM Sunday January 21 to 5 AM Monday, January 22.
- Northbound I-35 frontage road left lane closed at Slaughter Ln. The entrance ramp will also close. | Closure nightly from 8 PM until 5 AM Sunday, January 21 through Tuesday, January 23.
- Northbound I-35 reduced to one lane at Stassney Ln. The entrance ramp from William Cannon will also close. | Closed nightly from 9 PM until 5 AM Sunday, January 21 through Wednesday, January 24.
- Southbound I-35 right lane closed between William Cannon Dr. and Boggy Creek. | Closure from 10 PM Sunday, January 21 to 6 AM Monday, January 22.
- Southbound I-35 frontage road right lane closed between Stassney Ln & William Cannon Dr. | Closure daily from 8 AM until 4 PM Monday, January 22 through Friday, January 26.
- Northbound I-35 frontage road left lane closed between Stassney Ln. & Teri Ln. | Closure from 9 PM until 3 PM Monday, January 22.
- Northbound I-35 frontage road left lane closed at Teri Ln. | Closure daily from 9 AM until 3 PM Monday, January 22 through Friday, January 26.
- Northbound I-35 frontage road right lane closed between Boggy Creek & William Cannon Dr. | Closure daily from 9 AM until 3 PM Monday January 22 through Friday, January 26.
- Southbound I-35 frontage road left lane closed between Battle Bend Rd & Williamson Creek. The entrance ramp will remain open. | Closure from 9 AM until 3 PM Tuesday January 23.
- Stassney Ln closed in both directions at I-35. Detour via US 290/SH 71 & William Cannon Dr. | Closure from 9 PM Sunday January 21 to 5 a.m. Monday, January 22.

PROJECT OVERVIEW | Improvements include the reconstruction of the Oltorf Street bridge, improving entrance/exit ramps and frontage roads, constructing new extended entrance/exit lanes for mainlanes and ramps, and adding U-turns in both directions at Oltorf Street.
Bicycle and pedestrian enhancements will also be made along the I-35 frontage roads in each direction within the project limits.

- Alternating closures I-35 frontage roads in both directions at Oltorf St. | Closed daily from 9 AM until 3 PM Wednesday, January 24 through Friday, January 26.
- Southbound I-35 reduced to one left lane between Woodland Ave. entrance & Woodward St. exit. Ramps will also close. | Closure from 10 PM until 6 AM Monday, January 22 & Tuesday, January 23.
- Northbound I-35 right lane closed between Woodward St & the next entrance ramp. The northbound Oltorf St. exit will also close. | Closure from 9 PM until 5 AM Monday, January 22 & Tuesday, January 23.
- I-35 frontage road right lane closed in both directions between Woodward St. & Oltorf St. | Watch for flaggers daily from 9 AM until 3 PM Monday, January 22 through Friday, January 26.
- Various closures northbound I-35 frontage road near Royal Hill Ln. | Closures from 8 PM until 5 AM Monday, January 22 & Tuesday, January 23.
