• Austin & Georgetown tied for the most expensive city with one-bedrooms both priced at $1,550.
• Cedar Park was the next priciest with rent at $1,460.
• Pflugerville saw rent drop 0.7% to $1,460 and rank as third.

• San Marcos ranked as the most affordable city with one-bedrooms priced at $1,060.
• Round Rock was second with rent at $1,400.
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
• Round Rock had the fastest growing rent, up 34.6% since this time last year.
• Austin was second with rent climbing 30.3%.
• Pflugerville ranked third with rent increasing 30%.

• Georgetown had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 2%.
