Lamar Campus Receives School Fire Safety Award

The award is presented annually to the campus that demonstrated the best practices regarding fire safety.

The San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District Lamar Campus received the San Marcos School Fire Safety Award for 2016-2017.

Presenting the award on Tuesday, May 16, was San Marcos Fire Department Fire Prevention Manager/Assistant Fire Marshal Will Schwall and accepting on behalf of Lamar was Principal Bea Flores.

The award is presented annually to the campus that demonstrated the best practices regarding fire safety.
