Seguin Police Department Investigating Suspicious Death
Seguin, Texas – On Saturday, January 23, 2021, at approximately 3:40 pm, Seguin Police and Seguin Fire/EMS responded to the 800 block W. Kingsbury, the Stagecoach Apartments, for a possible suicide.
Upon arrival, officers located a 43-year-old man deceased in a vehicle in the parking lot of the apartment complex. Justice of the Peace Sheryl Sachtleben pronounced the man dead and ordered an autopsy at the Travis County Medical Examiner’s Office due to the suspicious nature of the death.
The deceased man has been identified as Sam Flores Wallace, Jr, age 43 years-old.
The Seguin Police Department Criminal Investigation Division is leading the ongoing investigation at this time.
