City offices closed for President’s Day

SAN MARCOS — City of San Marcos offices, including the Public Library, Animal Shelter, and Utility Offices will be closed Monday, Feb. 21, in observance of Presidents Day.
All CARTS routes will operate on schedule.
Trash and recycling services will run on schedule.
Animal control officers will respond to emergencies. Emergency animal services can be contacted by calling the San Marcos Police Department non-emergency line at 512-753-2108.
