January 30 Hearing Set For Public Comments On Disaster CDBG Grant Method Of Distribution

Hays County Courthouse, San Marcos, TX – Hays County will hold a public hearing at 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 30, during the regular meeting of the Hays County Commissioners Court, to hear comments regarding the method of distribution for approximately $11.6 million in Disaster Community Development Block Grant funds.
The original amount allocated to the County was approximately $7.4 million with previous comment periods held in November and December 2017.
The public is also invited to send comments to Hays County Grant Writer Lindsay McClune, 712 S. Stagecoach Trail, Suite 1204, San Marcos, TX 78666 or by emailing lindsay.mcclune@co.hays.tx.us. Comments must be received by 5 p.m. Friday, February 2, 2018.
