everything they can to minimize disruptions.

PROJECT OVERVIEW | The intersection of FM 3406 and the I-35 frontage roads are being improved, and the FM 3406 bridge over I-35 is being reconstructed.
• THIS WEEK’S PROJECT TRAFFIC ADVISORY •
Closures are weather permitting
- The FM 3406 (Old Settlers Blvd) bridge will close to eastbound traffic. Westbound traffic will detour to the newly constructed U-turn Bridge. | Until summer 2018, weather permitting.
- Northbound I-35 to close at FM 3406. Traffic will detour to the exit ramp and re-enter I-35 at the next entrance ramp. | From 10 PM Friday, March 9 to 8 AM Saturday, March 10.
- Southbound I-35 closed at FM 3406. Traffic will detour to the exit ramp and re-enter I-35 at the next entrance ramp. | From 10 PM Saturday, March 10 through 8 AM Sunday, March 11.
- Reduced to one northbound lane between Bowman St. & FM 3406. | Nightly from 9 PM until 5 AM, Monday, March 12 through Wednesday, March 14.
- Southbound I-35 reduced to one lane approaching FM 3406. | 9 PM Thursday, March 15 to 5 AM Friday, March 16.
- I-35 frontage roads at FM 3406 will be reduced to one lane. | From 8 PM until 8 AM Friday, March 9 & Saturday, March 10.

PROJECT OVERVIEW | New braided ramps (where one ramp crosses over the other) are being constructed along the northbound I-35 mainlanes between Hester’s Crossing and RM 620 to eliminate merging conflicts.
The northbound and southbound intersections of US 79 and the I-35 frontage roads are also being reconstructed to add a third left-turn for westbound US 79.

Closures are weather permitting
- Northbound I-35 reduced to one lane between RM 620 & Westinghouse Rd. Ramps will close at needed. | Nightly from 9 PM until 5 AM Sunday, March 11 through Thursday, March 15.

PROJECT OVERVIEW | The project will reconstruct the bridge structures at Stassney Lane and William Cannon Drive, as well as the frontage road bridge over Williamson Creek.
New U-turn bridges will be added in both directions at Stassney Lane and William Cannon Drive, and the I-35 mainlanes will be widened to incorporate shoulders and extended entrance/exit lanes to allow for better merging.
Bicycle and pedestrian enhancements are also being made, and new safety lighting is being installed.

- Northbound I-35 right lane closed between Boggy Creek & Boggy Creek Dr. | From 9 PM until 5 AM Monday, March 12 & Tuesday, March 13.
- Southbound I-35 right lane closed between Corral Ln. & Boggy Creek. | From 10 PM until 6 AM Sunday, March 11 & Monday, March 12.
- Southbound I-35 frontage road right lane closed between Stassney Ln. & William Cannon Dr. exit ramp. | Daily from 9 AM until 3 PM Monday, March 12 through Friday, March 16.
- Alternating single lane closures in each direction at William Cannon Dr. | 9 PM Tuesday, March 13 to 5 AM Wednesday, March 14.
- Northbound I-35 frontage road right lane closed at Stassney Ln. | Daily from 9 AM until 3 PM Tuesday, March 13 through Thursday, March 15.
- William Cannon Dr. closed across I-35. | 8 PM Tuesday March 13 to 6 AM Wednesday, March 14.

PROJECT OVERVIEW | Improvements include the reconstruction of the Oltorf Street bridge, improving entrance/exit ramps and frontage roads, constructing new extended entrance/exit lanes for mainlanes and ramps, and adding U-turns in both directions at Oltorf Street.
Bicycle and pedestrian enhancements will also be made along the I-35 frontage roads in each direction within the project limits.

- Northbound I-35 exit for 5th-7th St. closed. | 8 PM Friday March 9 to 6 AM Saturday, March 10.
- Northbound I-35 frontage road left lane closed between SH 71 & Woodward St. | Daily from 9 AM until 3 PM Monday, March 12 through Thursday, March 15.
- I-35 frontage road right lane closed in each direction between Woodward St. & Oltorf St. | Daily from 9 AM until 3 PM Monday, March 12 through Thursday, March 15.
- Alternating closures southbound I-35 frontage road between Oltorf St. & Woodward St. | 5 PM Monday, March 12 to 5 PM Tuesday, March 13.
- I-35 left lane closed in each direction at Oltorf St. for 1/2 mile. | Nightly from 9 PM until 5 AM Monday, March 12 through Tuesday, March 13.
- Southbound I-35 frontage road right lane closed between St. Edwards Dr. & Woodward St. | Daily from 9 AM until 3 PM Monday, March 12 through Thursday, March 15.

PROJECT OVERVIEW | This project includes main-lanes and frontage road reconstruction and the addition of three new flyovers at US 183.
The project also includes reconstruction of the St. Johns Avenue Bridge, the addition of frontage road U-turns on both sides, intersection bypass lanes under St. Johns Avenue in both directions, extended entrance/exit lanes, and ramp and shoulder improvements.

- Northbound I-35 right lane closed between Huntland Dr. & US 183. Exit 240 for US 183 will also close. Detour to St. Johns Ave. exit 239. | Nightly from 9 PM until 5 AM Monday, March 12 through Wednesday, March 14.
- Brooks St. at the southbound I-35 frontage road & Koenig Ln. closed. | From 7 AM until 7 PM Saturday, March 10 & 9 AM until 4 PM Monday, March 12.
- Southbound I-35 frontage road reduced to one lane between Delmar Ave. & St. Johns Ave. | Until 5 AM Monday, March 19.
- Southbound I-35 frontage road right lane closed between Park Plaza Dr. & E. Powell Ln. | Until 5 AM Monday, April 30.
- Southbound I-35 frontage road right lane closed between Huntland Dr. & US 290. | Until 5 AM Tuesday, July 3.
