s you’ve got to get where you need to go. And while construction is tough on everyone, TxDOT is trying to do everything it can to minimize disruptions.
Southbound I-35 right lane closed at RM 1431 for 1/2 mile
Nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Tuesday, May 30 through Thursday, June 1
Two ramps on the southbound I-35 frontage roads between RM 1431 and FM 3406 are being reconstructed and reversed to address traffic congestion and improve I-35 frontage road and mainlane operations.
- Weekly scheduled lane closures are weather permitting and subject to change.
- There are no scheduled lane closures Friday, May 26 through Monday, May 29, 2017.
PROJECT ACTIVITY
Closures are weather permitting and updated on Tuesday and Fridays.

FUNDING
- Construction cost: $9.2 million (State Proposition 1)
SCHEDULE
- Construction start: November 2016
- Anticipated construction completion: Spring 2018, weather permitting
