San Marcos Business, RMK Consulting Acquires Houston Based VoIPTel Communications

San Marcos based RMK Consulting, LLC, a managed IT and security company completed the acquisition of VoIPTel Communications in August.

VoIPTel Communications is a provider of enterprise class VOIP, SIP, and cloud based PBX service.

VoIPTel Communications began operations in January of 2016 in Houston, TX. It’s client base is small to mid-sized businesses in the Houston, TX area. VoIPTel Communications provides small to mid-sized businesses, enterprise class voice over IP telephone services.

Ron Kulik, CEO of RMK Consulting LLC said, “The acquisition of VoIPTel Communications gave us two opportunities, the ability to provide our current clients an affordable VOIP solution and our ability to expand our managed IT and security services into the Houston market,”
