Sheriff Gary Cutler is proud to announce that Captain Mike Davenport graduated the FBI National Academy, session 259. The FBI National Academy is a distinguished 3 month-long law enforcement program.
 
The 259th Session of the National Academy consisted of men and women from 49 states and 24 countries. Internationally known for its academic excellence, the National Academy Program offers 10 weeks of advanced investigative, management, and fitness training for selected officers having proven records as professionals within their agencies.
 
On average, these officers have 19 years of law enforcement experience and usually return to their agencies to service in executive-level positions. Less than 1 percent of law enforcement officers are chosen nation-wide to participate in each session.
