Texas Orthopedics Expands Into Kyle, Dr. John Paul Rodriguez Joins Practice

, 2016 – Texas Orthopedics, Sports and Rehabilitation Associates is proud to announce the addition of John Paul Rodriguez, M.D., to its skilled team of physicians. Dr. Rodriguez is a sports medicine fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon who will treat patients at a new Kyle location and in Northwest Austin. 

Texas Orthopedics is seeing patients at a temporary office in Kyle while their permanent location is under construction, located at:

The new Kyle location will open in early 2017.

The arrival of Dr. Rodriguez and construction of a new office highlight the practice’s dedication to efficiently and effectively care for its ever-growing group of patients. Texas Orthopedics continues to be the largest provider of orthopedic services in Central Texas.

“I am honored to be a part of the largest, and still growing, team of orthopedic experts in Central Texas,” said Dr. Rodriguez. “I hope to share my knowledge of sports medicine and related cutting-edge treatments and therapies with my fellow physicians and the many new patients who I look forward to treating.”

 

Dr. Rodriguez’s specialties include sports medicine, arthroscopy, and biologic and stem cell therapies. He has extensive training in the treatment of elbow, shoulder, and knee injuries and youth injury prevention.

Dr. Rodriguez is a graduate of Rice University and the University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic residency at the San Francisco Orthopaedic Residency Program, and his fellowship at the Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in Gulf Breeze, FL, where he practiced alongside renowned orthopaedic sports surgeon, Dr. James Andrews. During his fellowship, he treated world-class athletes from the NHL, NFL, NBA, and MLB.
