APD Files Over 50 Charges In An Organized Burglary Ring

A total of five suspects burglarized residences and vehicles all over Austin and then committed financial crimes including identity theft, forgery, credit card abuse, and altering identifications obtained from the burglaries.

Austin Police Residential Burglary Detectives have filed multiple felony charges against an organized residential burglary ring with cases dating back to November 2017. A total of five suspects burglarized residences and vehicles all over Austin and then committed financial crimes including identity theft, forgery, credit card abuse, and altering identifications obtained from the burglaries.

Two suspects have been arrested and are currently in the Travis County Jail.

  • Michael Allen Conchola, Hispanic male, 54 years of age
  • Elias Joseph Perales, Hispanic male, 28 years of age

Detectives are still looking for the following suspects:

  • Dawn Nichole Mendez (Horton), Hispanic female, 36 years of age
  • Consuelo Denise Orta, Hispanic female, 30 years of age
  • Pablo Segura, Hispanic male, 30 years of age
