San Marcos Named One Of Most Romantic Main Streets

San Marcos was named one of the most romantic main streets in the country by Main Street America.

The honor was revealed nationwide in an article on Curbed, an online news source for real estate and neighborhood news: http://dc.curbed.com/archives/2016/02/stroll-down-6-of-the-most-romantic-main-streets-in-the-usa.php

Entrants had to submit photos and descriptions for each of the five categories: Setting the Scene, Romantic Dining Options, Special Sites/Activities, Lodging Options, and Other.

Downtown is a crossroads of the many distinct cultures in San Marcos, offering venues for every music genre, hobby, taste, and interest—something for every couple.
