Champagne Brunch Buffet Offered Easter Sunday At Price Center

Aside from lamb, Chef will also offer lemon, garlic shrimp and Greek chicken as hot entrees.

San Marcos, TX –  Serving lamb on Easter is a tradition in many cultures, so the Price Center’s in-house chef, Ray Abazi, will prepare braised rosemary lamb as the featured entrée for a special Champagne Brunch Buffet on Easter Sunday from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the Price Center’s Tea Room.

Aside from lamb, Chef will also offer lemon, garlic shrimp and Greek chicken as hot entrees.

“Chef Ray’s food has been very well received by our regular lunch guests and individuals who have experienced his catering at events here,” said Clay DeStefano, executive director. “His delicious, Mediterranean-inspired dishes continue to receive great reviews on social media sites such as Facebook and Yelp.”

The Center’s Sunday Brunch Buffet recently changed from weekly to 1st Sunday only to free up the Tea Room for more community use on Sundays, which has become increasingly in demand over the past six months. In addition to this special Easter Brunch, Chef plans to also offer special Champagne Brunches on Mothers’ Day and Fathers’ Day.

Easter Brunch will also include Chef’s regular Brunch offerings of fresh, European-inspired salads, crepes, made-to-order omelets and savory sweets. Endless coffee, custom-blended tea, fresh, fruit-infused water and complimentary champagne will also be served.  The special Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch is $14.95 per person and reservations are required.
