Bobcats alter weekend schedule with South Alabama
Texas State will enter the series with a 20-16-1 overall record and an 8-7 mark in the Sun Belt Conference.
SAN MARCOS, Texas – The Texas State baseball team has announced a change in plans for this weekend’s home series against South Alabama.
The Bobcats were slated to play single games on each day between April 20-22. However, due to rain in the Saturday forecast, the series will begin with a doubleheader on April 20 beginning at 3 p.m.
The finale was originally scheduled for an 11:30 a.m. start April 22. That game will now begin at 12:30 p.m. April 22.
Texas State will enter the series with a 20-16-1 overall record and an 8-7 mark in the Sun Belt Conference. The Jaguars are 22-13 on the year and 10-4 in league play.
