BREAKING: Aggravated Robbery – Valero In Kyle

On June 11, 2016 at 10:15 p.m. Hays County deputies were dispatched to 13901 Camino Real (Valero @ Highway 21 and 2001), in Kyle for an “Aggravated Robbery” call. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with store personnel and found one male clerk had been shot in the leg below the knee. The subject was transported to Brackenridge Hospital in stable condition. The other clerk was not injured during the incident.

 

The two suspects entered the store and fired multiple shots. It is believed they may have also fired additional shots outside the store. The suspects fled with an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.

 

The suspects are described as a:

Possibly Hispanic males, unknown age Masked their faces, wearing “hoodies” Armed with multiple weapons

 

The suspects are believed to have left the scene in a:

Dark-colored pickup, unknown make or model

 

The vehicles was last seen traveling north on Highway 21 towards Bastrop.

 

Detectives are continuing the investigation today and we will release additional details when they become available.
