- Labor Day Holiday, City offices, including City Hall, Library, Activity Center and Electric Utility offices will be closed. Texas Disposal Systems will operate its usual residential trash and recycling collection routes. Rio Vista Pool Hours: 12 noon – 6 p.m. (Last Day of Swimming Season)
