Area 4-H youth leaders joined Mangold in thanking the Court, describing how 4-H has impacted their lives and helped them grow through its varied programs. According to the proclamation, more than 600,000 young people nationwide participate in one or more 4-H programs, which seek to educate the “whole child, including head, heart, hands and health.”
