Early voting wrapping up for May 7 Uniform Election

Early voting ends on May 3 for the May 7, 2022, Uniform Election where citizens of Hays County will have the opportunity to vote on multiple state propositions and local school board positions. A full list of voting locations can be found below.
Election Day takes place on May 7, 2022. Locally, residents can cast their vote on multiple positions within the area including the Dripping Springs Independent School District Trustees, San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District Trustees and Hays Consolidated Independent School District Trustees.
Those registered to vote will also have the opportunity to cast their ballot for a state proposition increasing the amount of the residence homestead exemption.
There are several voting locations around Hays County, voters can find a location near them by using the new Precinct, Vote Center Map, and Sample Ballot Finder tool from the Hays County Election Office website.
