Dog of the Week: Lucille (47002181)
Lucille would definitely get the award for the sweetest face!
This 1-year-old pup has helped out shelter staff at the front desk, gone on a Dog’s Day Out (she walked great on a leash and wanted cuddles above all!), and she enjoys meeting new people!
She’s 45 pounds, perfect for going on adventures, and just the right size for a cuddle bug.
This sweet girl will be easy to train, considering she LOVES treats! Bring her a snack, and she’ll be your best friend in no time!

Cat of the Week: Detective Popcorn (47508016)
You know you’ll solve every case with Detective Popcorn in your corner!
This 9-pound, cool dude has lived with other cats, so he would enjoy playing with a fursibling.
He likes to take it easy after a long day on the case and loves to share your bed! If you’re looking for a 1-year-old cuddler monster, Detective Popcorn is your purrrfect match!

To meet our pets, please visit us in person at 750 River Rd, San Marcos, open from noon – 7 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and from noon – 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
