BREAKING NEWS: Kyle’s Deadly Conduct Incident
On June 22, 2016 at approximately 1:00 a.m., the Hays County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 100 block of Greenfield Road in Kyle, Texas for reports of shots fired. Upon arrival, deputies observed a male subject firing a weapon.
The subject is identified as — Chandler Allen Rose White/Male, Date of Birth: 03-18-1999
Mr. Rose attempted to elude law enforcement and ran into his residence located in the Kyle area. After a short barricade, Mr. Rose surrendered to deputies.
He was placed under arrest and charged with: — Deadly Conduct, a 3rd degree felony.
The weapon used by Mr. Rose was located and seized. He was transported to the Hays County Jail where he was magistrated by Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace Beth Smith who set his bond at $10,000.
