REMINDER: Holiday Closures For Hays County & Local Municipalities
Here’s a reminder of closures residents can expect this holiday season.
Buda
All-City of Buda offices, including the Buda Public Library, are closed on Thursday, Dec. 24, Friday, Dec. 25, and Friday, Jan. 1 in observance of Christmas and New Years.
Texas Disposal Systems
TDS (Texas Disposal Systems) will NOT collect waste on Friday, Christmas Day. Services that normally take place on Friday will slide to the next day. Saturday services will be unaffected.
All TDS facilities/services, including the Landfill, Transfer Stations, Customer Care and Resale Center will be closed on Christmas Day and will reopen Saturday, December 26.
Customer Care is open Thursday, December 24, from 8 AM – 1 PM.
Kyle
Kyle City Offices are closed Thursday, Dec. 24 & Friday, Dec. 25 & Friday, Jan. 1, 2021
Hays County
Hays County offices are closed on the following dates:
- December 23, 24, 25
- January 1, 2021
Please note, the Hays County Local Health Dept. will not issue COVID-19 reports between Dec. 23-27 and Jan. 1-3.
Curative testing sites are closed Dec. 24-25 and Dec. 31-Jan. 1.
Wimberley
Wimberley City Offices are closed Wednesday, Dec. 23, Thursday, Dec. 24 & Friday, Dec. 25 & Friday, Jan. 1, 2021
