United Alloy Inc. To Build New $35 Million Manufacturing Facility In Seguin
SEGUIN, TEXAS – The Seguin Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) and the City of Seguin announced today that United Alloy, Inc will build its new 200,000 square foot state- of-the-art manufacturing facility in Seguin, Texas.
United Alloy will build on a 27-acre site situated between 8th Street and Guadalupe Street, just south of Interstate 10.
The project will represent a total capital investment of at least $35 million and will result in the creation of at least 100 new jobs over a three year ramp up period.

A local incentive package was considered and approved by the SEDC Board of Directors and the Seguin City Council. Components of the local incentive package include a land grant by the SEDC and a partial tax abatement by the City of Seguin. In exchange for the local incentive package, United Alloy will commit to capital investment and job creation benchmarks.

United Alloy expects to break ground on the project in early 2020, with operations commencing by the end of that year.
