RetailMeNot Challenges Austin Police Chief, Austin Fire Chief To 2-Minute Shopping Spree For Blue Santa

“For the fifth year in a row, we are proud to once again partner with Operation Blue Santa for another shopping spree,” said Marissa Tarleton, CMO of RetailMeNot.


RetailMeNot, Inc. has challenged the Austin Police Department (APD) and the Austin Fire Department (AFD) to a shopping spree to collect up to $10,000 of merchandise in two minutes or less at Sam’s Club tomorrowTuesday, December 12, 2017, at 8 a.m. All items collected will benefit Austin Police Operation Blue Santa. Austin Police Chief Brian Manley and Austin Fire Chief Rhoda Mae Kerr will represent their departments in the challenge.

“We are grateful that our business community has committed to helping thousands of families in need this holiday season,” APD Police Chief Brian Manley said. “The generosity and donations that we have received at Austin Police Operation Blue Santa has been overwhelming and we are truly honored to serve such a caring community. APD would like to extend a special thanks to RetailMeNot for hosting this shopping spree.”
