Sketch Released of San Marcos Sex Assault Suspect

On May 6, 2016 at approximately 3:00 p.m., the Hays County Sheriff’s Office responded to Central Texas Medical Center for a reported sexual assault victim. Detectives interviewed a 22 year old female who reported that she was at a local bar in San Marcos earlier that morning,approximately 3:00 a.m., and while drinking she got extremely ill.

 

She stepped outside of the bar and began vomiting. She was approached by an unknown male and asked her if she needed help. He then pulled her into his car and drove to an unknown location. The victim blacked out and when she awoke, she realized that she had been sexually assaulted. The suspect dropped her off at a residence in San Marcos and drove away.

 

 

The Hays County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect in the sketch that is attached. The suspect is described as:

 

Dark skinned male

Approximately 5’5’ – 5’8”

120-135 pounds

Very poor hygiene
