Alonzo Sule ended the scoring drought with an up-and-under layup with 6:46 remaining in the game. The bucket propelled TXST to end the contest on a 22-6 run.

The last Bobcat to add his name to the scoring column was Quentin Scott. The freshman banked in a three-pointer from the top of the arc with 29 seconds left. Adams ended the scoring with a steal and slam 18 seconds later.

Pearson added 11 points on 4-of-10 shooting with one made three-pointer. He grabbed seven rebounds and dished out three assists.

Contributing nine points on 2-of-2 shooting and going 5-for-6 at the charity stripe was Terry. The redshirt sophomore retrieved five boards and rejected two shots, all coming in only nine minutes of action.
