Kyle Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a special and regular meeting this week….back to back.
The special meeting will handle the business of Sunset Hills Subdivision, Stagecoach Subdivision and Plum Creek Vue Apartments.

General Discussion regarding the text portion of the impending residential style guide for the construction of one – and two-family detached structures.
Discussion regarding the city’s process for notifying property owners within a specified distance of a parcel designated for a possible zoning change.
