The Cottage Kitchen at the Charles S. Cock House Museum, located at 400 W. Hopkins Street, will be serving lunch from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Friday, March 23.

This week’s luncheon host is Germer Insurance Services and you will be honoring area first responders and veteran’s.

Friday’s lunch will be provided by Palmer’s Restaurant will feature Savory Southwest Smoked Chicken, Pasta Alfredo, Caesar Salad and yummy Chocolate Bread Pudding & other homemade desserts and a drink (tea, coffee or water) and all for only $8 (cash and checks accepted only).

All proceeds benefit the Heritage Association of San Marcos, an organization that supports the preservation of historic buildings and celebrates the culture and traditions that beautify and enrich the San Marcos community.
