2022 Primary Election Day Voting Guide

Early voting for the 2022 Primary Election ended on February 25, and citizens of Hays County will have their last opportunity to vote on several federal, state, and county positions on Tuesday, March 1. A full list of voting locations can be found below, and Corridor News will be providing live election results as votes are counted.
Locally, residents can cast their vote on multiple positions within Hays County government including the Hays County Judge, Justice of the Peace, Commissioner positions, and party chairs.
On the state level, Texas Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, State Senator, and several Judge Positions are among those listed on the ballot.
Those registered to vote will also have the opportunity to cast their ballot for multiple positions in the federal government including U.S. Representatives, Supreme Court Justices, and Commissioners.
There are several voting locations around Hays County, voters can find a location near them by using the new Precinct, Vote Center Map, and Sample Ballot Finder tool from the Hays County Election Office website.
Voters can also review the Democratic Sample Ballot and Republican Sample Ballot before casting their vote.
