SMPD Need Help Identifying Check Forger
The San Marcos Police Department has released surveillance photos to help them identify a man accused of passing a forged check.
The man wrote a check for over $1,000 at a Wal-Mart in Brady, Texas. He was last seen leaving the store in what appears to be a black Chevrolet crew cab truck.
It was later discovered that the check was stolen from a San Marcos resident.
