Traffic Update: Part of Old Black Colony Road to Close Temporarily for Repairs

Hays County Courthouse, San Marcos, TX – Old Black Colony Road between Cole Springs Road and Middle Creek will be closed to through traffic between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays beginning September 6 until early October. Residents will have access to their homes.

The road is being reconstructed and the closure is needed to protect both drivers and Hays County Transportation Department employees. Old Black Colony Road will be accessible from FM 1626 to Middle Creek.
