Survey Seeks Input on Director of Development Services Search
Recruitment for the City’s next Director of Development Services is underway, and the City is seeking the public’s input on the desired qualities of the next person to lead the Development Services Department.
A community survey has been launched to gather the community’s input on the position. Residents are invited to participate in the survey by going to the City’s website, www.sanmarcostx.gov/DDSsearch.
The survey will be posted online for two weeks, from Oct. 23 through Nov. 6, 2014. The recruitment process will be fast-paced and thorough, according to City Manager Jared Miller.
“We are committed to an in-depth, comprehensive selection process,” Miller said.
The City’s Human Resources Department is leading the process in conducting a nationwide campaign, reviewing candidates, assisting with the selection process and onsite finalist interviews.
