10. Authorize the submittal of a grant application to the U.S. Department of Justice, Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) program FY17 Local Solicitation for Rifle-Resistant Vests for the Constables in the amount of $13,580.00.
11. Authorize the execution of a Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the Professional Service Agreement with Klotz & Associates, Inc. for professional design engineering services for the FM 1626 South project in Hays County as part of the Pass-Through Finance Program.
20. Authorize the Commissioner’s Court to execute three contracts and one amendment with Tyler Technologies, Inc. for technical services for judicial packages within the Odyssey Program. Funds were budgeted during the FY 2017 budget process to implement these program enhancements.
