Buda Releases Rabies Alert
The bat was untestable for rabies due to decomposition. However, as a precaution the state treats these types of cases as a positive rabies case.
On August 31, 2017, a dead bat was found at 590 FM 967 (Creekside Villas Senior Village) at approximately 10:30 am inside building 2.
