FRIDAY: Kyle City Council To Hold Special Meeting

The Kyle City Council will hold a special meeting on Friday to discuss several items in executive session.

The topics to be discussed include pending or contemplated litigation regarding Kinder Morgan and the Permian Hwy Pipeline Project, the possible exchange, purchase, lease or value of real estate, personnel matters and possible economic incentives for one or more business prospects considering locating, staying or expanding in the City of Kyle. 

Possible action may follow in open court following discussions on any of the items.

The Kyle City Council will convene in the Kyle City Council Chambers at 7 PM at Kyle City Hall.
