Gary Job Corps Visits Washington DC
Members of Gary Job Corps met with Texas members of U.S. Congress.
Gary Job Corps representatives Lonnie Hall, Center Director, Randolph Goodman, Business Community Liaison, and Management & Training Corporation (operators of the Gary Job Corps Center) Corporate staff, John Pederson, Celeste MacDonald, Danny Jasperson, and Karin Rueff visited with Texas Congressional members of the Friends of Job Corps Congressional Caucus visited with the offices of Congressmen Vicente Gonzalez, Al Green, Marc Veasey, Filemon Vela, Will Hurd, Joaquin Castro, Roger Williams, Beto O’Rourke, Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, and had personal visits with the following Congressmen Pete Sessions, Henry Cuellar, Lamar Smith, Lloyd Doggett, Gene Green, and Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson.
The activities on the Gary Job Corps Center was shared along with the contributions that the Center has made throughout the State of Texas.
