To view official Meeting Minutes

1. To view the official Meeting Minutes HERE. Find the meeting you want under the “Agenda” column, click on the red text (i.e., 2018 0724 Agenda) a new window will open up to the meeting agenda.
2. If the minutes are available, they will be listed close to the top of the agenda. Click on the set of minutes you want to review, and another new window will open, and you should see a list of attachments.
3. Click on the date of the minutes you would like to view, and they will also open in a new window.

2. Find the meeting you want to view and click on this icon   and that specific agenda will open up a new window.
3. Click on the word “VIDEO” at the top of the agenda and an additional window will open to the video.
