Local VOIPTel Launches New Business Service Elevate

On Monday, April 9, RMK Consulting LLC announced their newest service, Elevate, a complete Unified Communication Service, from their company VoIPTel Communications.
RMK Consulting, LLC acquired the Houston based communication company in August 2017.
According to the website, Elevate allows businesses to integrate all of their communication tools including desktop phones, mobile phones and computers into one unified system.

The desktop app allows employees to place, park and transfer calls with a click or two as well as move active phone calls to a mobile device. Callers will see an indicator when their contact phone is busy before they call and review the last 90 days of their call history.
The mobile app allows employees to receive calls through the business phone system without being in the office and includes all the features of the desktop phone. The service also provides file sharing, screen sharing, video conferencing and security features as well.

Wow, someone got paid to write this. Anyone in the VOIP space would understand that a company of this stature is only good for small businesses. Any medium to large scale business, hell even some small ones, would benefit way more with Cisco architecture. They fail to understand that Cisco has such a massive following for this hardware that a company like this, especially if theyre small, is doomed to fail.

In rural communities, small, local businesses are more likely to be able to provide a tailored customer service experience than a larger corporation like CISCO.
