On November 11, 2017 at approximately 11:31 am, the Hays County Sheriff’s Office received a call of an aggravated robbery that had just occurred at Vik’s Jewelers located at 598 East Highway 290 in Dripping Springs, Texas.
Two black males entered the store and brandished handguns and ordered two employees to raise their hands. One suspect attempted to break the glass to one of the jewelry display cases, but was unsuccessful. The second suspect then fired two rounds into the case to gain access.
After stealing the jewelry out of the display case the two suspects fled the store and left in a vehicle described as dark green or gray Nissan passenger car; direction of travel was unknown.
The victims were not injured during this aggravated robbery.

° black male with a light complexion 5’7” 175 pounds
° Wearing light colored jeans, black sweatshirt type shirt, tan baseball hat, and wearing sunglasses

Suspect 2:
° black male with a dark complexion 5’9” 150 pounds with facial hair
° Wearing blue jeans, black jacket with a wide white stripe on the sleeves, camouflage style boonie hat, and a construction worker styled reflective vest.

I look forward to the day we receive a comment concerning the “racial issue” of a suspect being identified as white. Its only a matter of time. That’ll be when the extraterrestrials land, of course. I’d call them aliens, but I don’t want anyone to confuse the term with illegal immigrants. Also, individuals from outer space might take offense to being called aliens.
