San Marcos’ Manske Roll Café Has Closed Their Doors At Hays County Government Center

The Manske Roll Café has ceased providing food other than vending on the 1st floor of the Government Center….

According to this weeks agenda “the Manske Roll Café has ceased providing food other than vending on the 1st floor of the Government Center. The lease will be mutually terminated and Becerra Corp.’s will enter into a Vending Machine Lease Agreement with Hays County to provide 3 vending machines on the 1st floor near the entrance to the café.”

Discussion and possible action to mutually terminate the Lease for Commercial Dining Space between Hays County and Becerra Corp. DBA The Manske Roll Café in the Government Center, located at 712 South Stagecoach Trail, San Marcos, Texas and substitute a Vending Machine Lease Agreement.
